Vintage 14ct gold enamel Royal Army Service Corps sweetheart brooch, original presentation case, George VI. 14ct Yellow gold sweetheart bar brooch with mounted enameled Royal Army Service Corps badge bearing a George VI cypher. Rose gold pin with safety clip catch & stamped 14ct to verso. Complete with leatherette presentation case. To the inner satin lid reads " By Appointment To H.M The King The Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Company Ltd 112 Regent Street London W 1". Condition.
The brooch is missing a little of the red enamel from the crown as can be seen in the photographs, but this does not detract from it's overall appearance. The case's lid has started to perish at the back left hand side of the hinge which can also be seen in the last photograph.
