Description
Antique Georgian 18ct rose gold garnet & pearl foiled closed back ring, c1800. A central oval cut faceted garnet, being of browny red colour surrounded by pearls crimped collette set, set in 18ct rose gold. The shank being of good width, 5.5mm by the gallery face, 3mm to the back of the shank. Not marked, but tested as 18ct gold. A fine example & great addition to any collection.
