Description
Antique Victorian solid silver Chinese Export vesta case, Wang Hing, c1880. Rectangular shaped case with rounded edges, fine repousse decoration to the front with figures & bamboo. The bamboo decoration continues around the sides & back also. Push button opening to the side to lift the nice tight fitting hinged lid with original leaf spring inside. Match striker to the bottom. Stamped to the inside of the lid "WH 90". Wang Hing being the most sought after & collectable Chinese Silver Export maker which exists. Lovely collectors item.
