Vintage English solid sterling silver propelling toothpick. Cylindrical shaped body with an engine turned decoration around the outside & an attached suspension loop & ring on the top.  Twisting the two halves of the body extends & retracts internal toothpick which is in excellent working condition. Fully hallmarked on the outside of the body. Lovely collectors item.
